The PayDay Human Capital Module course aims to provide attendees of the course with the necessary knowledge and skill to utilize the module to its fullest. On completion of the course the attendee would be able to capture data using the utilities available, print relevant reports and understand the integration to and from the PayDay Human Capital Module.

|Course Outline:||Introduction to Payday. Passwords and Access. Navigation to and in the Payday HR module. Engaging and Terminating employees on Payday. Creating and using descriptions for standardization of data. Data capture on: • Personal Detail • Education and Training – Skills development information • Industrial Relations • Health and Safety • Employee Benefits • Career Management Setting up multiple screens per employee, for example training courses and dependants. Printing standard reports. Using messages to enhance the functionality of the Human Resources system.|
