Budget Module Training

The PayDay Budget Module course aims to provide attendees of the course with the necessary knowledge and skill to utilize the module to its fullest.

On completion of the course the attendee would be able to create and adjust budgets and interim budgets for multiple periods and also understand the link between the mSCOA, Budget and HR Post Module.

 

Purpose of the course: Provides an understanding of the fundamental workings of the PayDay Budget Module
Course Outline: Activation and Setup. Budget preparation and links. Global Budget Parameters. Global Vacancy Parameters. Interim Budget. Individual Vacancy Parameters. Budget reports. Journal imports to Financial System.
Who should attend: Payroll Users, Financial Staff, Budget office.
Requirements: Advance Systems knowledge. mSCOA and HR Post Module should be fully functional for the Budget Module implementation.
